Job description

You are responsibe for timely completion of mass spectrometry based analysis in raw materials and finished goods originating from all sides of the world.

Key tasks

●    Daily analysis of samples

●    Progress of daily sample throughput and reporting

●    Monitor and control quality procedures

Job requirement

We are looking for an Analytical Chemist with a passion of chromatography in combination with mass spectrometry. The required educational level is MBO/ HLO/ BSc in chemistry.

The obtained analytical results are key for the release of materials and products at various sites around the world. Therefore, you will be working in an environment with short deadlines. Persistency and accuracy are essential for success. It is preferable that you are familiar with quality system such as ISO 17025. As an analytical chemist, you will have intense contacts with colleagues around the whole world. In this international setting it is necessary that your English is fluent (oral and writing).

Further requirement are:

●    Operational experience with techniques such as ICP-MS, GC-MS, GC-MSMS, and HPLC-MS-MS

●    Operational experience with interpretation of mass spectral data.

●    Stress resistant

●    Service minded

●  Place of work: the Netherland (near Eindhooven)

●  International work environment (chance to practise English)
