Language and Cultural training

It is our mission to provide our candidates with the required knowledge and information and to make them completely ready for moving to another country with confidence. That is why we do not only improve their language skills but also their awareness and knowledge of cultural differences.

To enable us offering top-quality services both to our clients and candidates, we have developed a training program which we call the M&S Method. This training program is in line with both the EU directives for education and the high expectations of our clients.

Both the Dutch and the Danish language and cultural trainings are carried out by our highly skilled language teachers using a special method which was developed specifically for foreigners by the University of Delft.. We provide every participants with all the necessary materials (location, computers andsoftwares, books, dictionaries) ensuring that they can sufficiently follow the course. Usually the language course lasts five to seven months, however, this can be fully customized combining the needs of the the participant and the demands of your company.

The language and cultural training of the M&S Method is structured as follows:

Selected candidates form groups of 10-12 , they...
• will be trained by two or three professional language teachers
• will be trained for eight hours a day, five days a week with exercises that vary every 2 hours
• will be able to communicate on CEF B1/B2 level (intermediate) by the end of the course
• will be aware of the most important cultural aspects of their adopted countries
