Quality Assurance Assistant
Our Danish pharmaceutical client is searching for a QA assistant with good English skills (both oral and writing) for a new pharmateucital company in Hungary.
Our client is a Danish parallel distributor of medicines. The company was established in 2005 and the first product was launched in March 2006. Since then the company has experienced a strong growth and the annual turnover reached 34 million Euro in 2010. Our client has gone through an expansive growth and was among the 10 fastest growing companies in Denmark with an AAA credit rating. They have just opened a new company in Hungary. The new Hungarian company is going to support out Danish company be storage and repacking of medicine.
We are searching for a QA assistant to a new storage and repacking facility in Budapest.
The assistant we are looking for should have the following qualifications:
● Good English skills both oral and writing
● High school grade + special training (Pharmacy, Chemical)
● At least one year experience in QA in the field of Pharmacy
● Detail oriented and efficient
● Good computer skills (MS office)
● Solution-oriented, proactive, constructive and communicative
● Experience in international environment is an advantage
Your main tasks will be:
● Receipt and qualification of incoming materials together with the Warehouse
● Checking the environmental monitoring
● Administrative handling of deviations, participation in the preparation of decision-making
● Administrative handling of changes, participation in the preparation of decision-making
● Administrative handling of CAPA system
● Attandance in self-inspections and internal audits
● Handling of QA-regulated documents, registration of issuing and withdrawal
● Involvementin training as trainer, registration, trace and documentation of trainings
● Organization, registration and tracing of medical and health-care examinations
