Match & Select Warranty
Since quality is an absolute top priority at Match & Select, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all of our recruitments.
Long-term recruitment
With regards to long-term recruitment, we offer 3 month full warranty. This means that if the employment is terminated because of factors related to our recruitment and recommendation of the candidate, we will recruit a new employee with the desired profile, free of charge.
Project-based Recruitment & Nearshoring
Should a project-based, or a Nearshoring recruitment, against all expectations fail due to our recruitment, we offer to find a new employee as soon as possible. We achieve this usually within 1-3 days and we ensure that a maximum of 14 days will pass before the new employee is ready to take part in the project.
