Our client needs an expert in all things Sitecore to guide them toward technical enlightment. What do you say? Can you be their sensei?
As a sitecore partner, they get to work on tons of exciting Sitecore-related projects. So they need a team of top-notch Sitecore gurus who can tackle all things Sitecore.
Here's what we are looking for:
● Your CV screams Sitecore. Since you respond to the title "Sitecore guru", we expect that you have significant document experience developing and configuring on Sitecore or similar CMS platforms. Yet, you are not a one note band. You've developed Internet applications for some time and have experience with a variety of Internet-based technologies.
● You love IT, but you're not afraid to talk businesspeople - basicly meaning that you know how to talk about what you do in terms everyone can understand and you can define a problem and its solution in ten words or less.
● You are a bit of digital nerd. The company works at the forefront of the digital marketing space. Their clients expect them to inspire them, so you need to come up wirh prolific ideas based on the latest cool stuff within the Sitecore universe.
● People will leave their kids with you. That's how trustworthy you are. Stanger approach you in the street and ask you to hold their wallets. You're that confidence-inspiring. And that comes in handy, because when you work with our client, you won't have anyone checking your timecards or looking over your shoulder, but when it comes time to put up, they need you to wow them and their clients.● You are opinionated but you know when to listen to others' opinions too.
● "Semper Gumby" is your motto. You're comfortable shifting workplaces, customers and assignments - whatever it takes to come up with SItecore awesomeness.
● You'd rather sell your computer than miss a deadline. That's how seriously you take them.
Here's what you will be doing:
● You'll work in a cross-disciplinary team developing projects and giving advice on which tools, methodology and models that should be used by each project and ensuring a high-quality final product.
● You'll spend your day developing on the Sitecore platform, as well as developing applications in C# and ASP.NET.
● You'll design and model IT solutions.
● You'll develop system description and requirements.
● Your projects will require you to interact with the entire organisation, including the creative team and engagement (account) managers.
● You'll be key to presenting ideas, technical designs and more when facing the clients.
● You'll develop delivery and project plans, and carry out thorough testing of architectures your design.
● Since a great deal of our work culture centers around learning from each other, you'll be expected to share your knowledge and act as a teacher and mentor, contributing insight based on your own uniyue background and specialities.

● They pay well and do so transparenty - Our client's company is only as good as the people work there. Since they all play an equal role in their success or failure, they should all be treated as equals. So, they all have 5 weeks of holidays and an additional 3 days off on specific dates. They all get 6% in company paid pension scheme contribution (after 6 months of employement). They all share the same health insurance. They are all subject to the same non-solicitation clause. They all enjoy broadband at home, a smartphone and a PC/MAC. And all consultants share the same bonus scheme with up to two months' extra pay a year.
For this role the base salary is estimated between DKK 30.000 - 40.000 per months depend on match, qualification and experience.
The place of work is Coppenhagen or Aarhus.
